Additional Covid information

1. Shower block – This will be open however if possible please try to use the facilities in either your caravan, flat or touring caravan/motorhome.  If you cannot keep 1m+ distancing then please wait outside until someone leaves.  We have an enhanced cleaning regime in the shower block.      

2. The Clubhouse is now closed

3. Laundry room, dishwashing room and elsan – Please limit the number of people and we will have an enhanced cleaning regime. 

4. Checkout – In order to assist our cleaners with changeovers please strip down your beds and put bedding in the bag provided on check-in and leave in the living room.  Leave windows open on checkout unless it is very windy or rainy.    

5. Cleaning cloths are provided for static caravans and flats and antibacterial spray is available on request.   

6. Swimming pool is now closed.

7. Children’s play area is open but children must be supervised at all times.  Hand sanitiser is available and should be used.  

8. Please continue to maintain social distance – 1m+

9. Pitch tents at least 2 meters away from other groups, please space out more if you have room.    

10. Reception – Only 2 people in reception at a time please. 

11.  Please tell us immediately if any members of your group display any symptoms even once you have returned home.
